
Get your side dish on with this creamy corn mac & cheese recipe!
This recipe is a Williams family staple. I first had it at Austin’s parent’s house when we were dating and it had me swooning at more than just Austin 😉 It’s a crowd pleaser for everyone around the table - kids and adults!
Ingredients:
1 can cream style corn (undrained)
1 can whole kernel corn (undrained)
1-2 cups uncooked shell macaroni (I used 2 cups)
½ cup butter, melted
1 cup cheese of your choice (I used white American but cheddar is a good option too)
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Set your oven to 350 F
Spray your casserole dish with non-stick
Mix all the ingredients together and spread into casserole dish
Bake for 45 minutes - 1 hour (Mine was done cooking at 45 min - it was in a bigger casserole dish)
